My son has a rash from cutter mosquito spray and i have given him benadryl (diphenhydramine) and caladryl. why is it not subsiding?

Contact allergy: He may have developed a contact allergy to the spray, use a topical steroid such as otc Hydrocortisone and if it does not help, ask his doctor for a stronger steroid cream.
