Acne scars: Acne scars are tough to treat. There are many treatments that can be done to help including carbon dioxide and fractionated co2 lasers, dermabrasion, subcision of scars, and excision. A good skin care program can augment the results. But you need appropriate expectations since you can, at best, only achieve about a 50% improvement.
