See a dermatologist: The first key is to prevent new acne from forming which keeps you from getting new scars. Once your acne is under control then the scarring can be addressed. However, it would be a little unrealistic to expect 100% resolution of your scarring. Darkened skin at a healed acne site is not scarring. See a dermatologist to help you with both issues.
