H/a pleuritic pain?: Well these are sort of unrelated. Headches - you need to see a doctor. Chest pain or pain on inspiration - is also abnormal - see a doctor. And spinal cord pain - well that is usually not what one describes for back pain - what kind of spinal cord pain are you having. And tell your doctor about this. These three things are not likely to be related unless you have TB *(tuberculosis).
