See doctor.: Hm, these lesions need more aggressive local therapy and possibly intravenous antibiotics. Sounds as if they might be due to staph possibly MRSA which organism could be resistant to the antibiotics you are on. Local attention with showers twice a day and meticulous drying. You might try bactroban (mupirocin) locally. But see your doctor, he may send you to an ID specialist, (infectious disease)
