No cure: All depend upon what symptoms you have from the stenosis.There is not specific cure, this is usually due to degenerative process of the spine and as such you treat the. Symptoms that could be as simple as physical therapy and some times as complicated as a surgycal procedure in summary thereis not a cure but palliative measures to treat the symptoms.
