Eczema tips: This skin condition tend to be worse when the skin is dry and this is usually true during winter time. Using mild soap and moisturizing lotion may help. Mild Hydrocortisone may also help hasten resolution of symptoms.. Do not use Hydrocortisone continuously for more than 7 days at a time.
