A member asked:

A circumcised man has less chances of getting hiv why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

...: There are several different theories. One is that the foreskin may be more susceptible to tearing during sex, which could be the entry point for hiv. Another thought is that the area between the unretracted foreskin and glans penis may promote an environment where HIV has a higher chance of survival (which means an increased chance of transmission).
