Nearly zero: The chance a partner like yours has HIV is under 1 in 1000, and unprotected vaginal sex carries an average risk 1 in 1000, if he had HIV. So your risk is no more than 1 in a million, low enough that testing doesn't make much sense. OTOH, all sexually active persons should be tested for HIV from time to time, so consider it if not tested recently. But not because of this particular event.
