Not very common: I must say that i've never heard of lung cancer spreading to the nose, but that doesn't mean that it can't do so. Typically, lung cancer spreads to the bone, brain, and liver. But, it can really go anywhere.

Uncommon, but not u: The key here is to get an exam by a dermatologist:. It would be unusual if it is a single lesion (spot) but not so unusual if the lesions are multiple. You might need a biopsy.
