Hard to tell: If I saw your husband in the urgent care I would check his ear, nose , throat area and potentially get blood work. Otherwise its quite hard to make any other recommendations. See your doctor as soon as possible.

Nosebleeds: First thing is to make sure his platelet count is normal. If platelet count is normal he may have decreased clotting factors due to liver disease. See your oncologist immediately.
