Healthy Kids: I usually discuss diet, sleep, and exercise at each well visit. I stress the importance of 3 meals a day and lots of fruits and veggies. I discourage soda and juice as well as unhealthy snacks. I also recommend approx 45 min-1 hour of exercise every other day to every day.
