What are the causes of mini- dizzy spells several times every day?

Need more info: Most important questions are duration, what are you doing when it happens, are there other neurologic symptoms especially visual change, history of migraine, are there any ear symptoms. There is no physiologic process that causes dizziness of a few seconds in duration.
