What would be the best way to get off my diabetic and blood pressure meds?

Hypertension: Not enough information to advise you. Talk to your doctor and work together toward your goal. It may not be possible but you can plan steps and try if your doctor feels its realistic.

Lose 100 pounds: It sounds like a flip answer, but often significant weight loss is the answer, because within it hides diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes for a lifetime. Of course, you could go to this extreme and still need dm and BP meds, but you would be much better off than before! you could possibly, at least, reduce doses necessary to control your numbers. It is very hard to beat your genetics, but try!
