CHANGE YOUR MEDS!: This is quite common. Synthroid (thyroxine) contains only t4, which is an inactive form of the thyroid hormone. The body must convert T4 into t3, which is the active form. If this does not happen the patient will have symptoms of hypothyroidism, but will have a normal TSH level. Change to a T3 medication, like Armour Thyroid or cytomel. You will feel better!
