A member asked:

How come i always have headaches all day after crying myself to sleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle tension: Your body is very stressed and tense from whatever is making you cry. It sounds like you are tensing a lot of muscles. Try to not grit or grind your teeeth, try massaging your temporal muscles (right in front of your ears). Massaging your neck and shoulder muscles should help a lot too.
