Virus or diabetes?: Hopefully just a mild viral illness sparing your stomach, but if it persists, please have your hemoglobinA1C or fasting glucose checked or a glucose tolerance test as indicated by your local physician. Diabetes is unfortunately common. You may also notice blurred vision and increased urination with a high blood glucose.
