Could you tell me what are some common techniques for regulating your heart rate when doing aerobic exercise's?

Various: When doing aerobic exercise, many will monitor their heart rate to ensure they are in their training zone. Some common ways to regulate hr during exercise would be to consider interval training - period of few minutes of intense exercise, followed by a few minutes of rest or very low activity, then repeat. Another way would be to do long slow stretch between intervals or deep slow breathing.
