Perhaps Heart rate: More typically hyperthyroidism would make palpitations more common. If the thyroid level is quite low, the underlying heart rate may be slow which may make premature beats more prominent. Also, if you have hypothyroidism, and are on thyroid replacement, if the replacement is too much, palpitations may occur. .
