I have hypothyroidism, pharmacy switched manufacturers of levothyroxine. now i have palpitations and panic attacks.. should i see endocrinologist?

Your thyroid: Levels can often change whenever your pharmacy changes brands of thyroid replacement generics. That's why it's best to take brand name replacement only. Get your levels rechecked to see if you need a dose adjustment.

Yes: Find out from the pharmacist your original levothyroxine manufacturer and the new manufacturer. Take that information to your endocrinologist so that he/she can report this to the fda as a serious adverse effect. By doing this, you will help future patients who make the same switch between these two generic sources of levothyroxine.
