A member asked:

How to know what is better to sleep in at night for wrinkles/dark circles?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Wrinkles and sleep: Most of our wrinkles come from sun damage, about 80%. Unfortunately what you sleep in does not help reduce or prevent wrinkles. Some people find that they have more wrinkles on the side they sleep on, but it is exceedingly difficult to make yourself sleep on a different side than you are used to. Best wrinkle prevention is sunscreen. For existing wrinkles, see your dermatologist for help.
