A member asked:

My friend smoked with me in the car with all windows up except 1 that was slightly down & fell asleep in it. am i gunna get wrinkles from that?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: While smoking is related to accelerating the skin's aging process, if this was a one time event, I can't think of scientific data to support someone "getting wrinkles" in such a case. You'd be more likely to get skin damage that leads to more wrinkles than this event, from daily sun exposure. Protecting yourself from sun exposure with sun avoidance, sun block etc could prevent wrinkles better
