Several things: Getting MORE sleep won't help much, but there are several things to try: avoid salt (puffiness), sleep on back using gravity to help, don't smoke, go easy on alcohol, protect from UV light, manage allergies if you have them, use a Neti Pot (saline nasal irrigation), use cold compresses on eyes, try different eye creams/concealers. A prescription retin-A product is considered best for wrinkles.
