From start to finish: About 30 minutes to 1 hour. Each patient, each case, each doctor is different. How many teeth and how difficult the removal plays a big role. Ask your own surgeon for the most accurate guestimate.

Varies: The time required will depend on the number of teeth to be removed, their position and level of difficulty, as well as if you are having the procedure performed with local anesthesia alone or local anesthesia and some form of sedation. Most experienced surgeons can remove 4 impacted wisdom teeth in 15 -30 minutes with IV sedation.
