Depends: Basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, melanomas and merkel cell carcinomas, to name a few of the more common skin cancers, can all look different. If you have a lesion you are concerned about see a doctor to have it checked.

Skin cancer: Skin cancer signs may include a spot or bump that is changing size, color, or shape. Also an area that does not heal may represent a skin cancer . See a dermatologist for any suspicious areas and a routine skin exam.
