AdvanceCarePlanning: I'm sorry to hear that your grandpa's not feeling so well right now. What's your question? I'd want to know how he's doing. People can have brain lesions & bleeding into their brain and still be relatively ok, living at home. Or they could be sick and in the hospital. If he can tell you what he wants, now is best time to ask about his healthcare & quality of life goals. Keep fighting or hospice?
