Nothing.: There is no cure for alzheimer's disease at this time. Many, many centers are working to change that, but there is no magic bullet yet. A few medicines can help slow the progression of the disease. And many studies have shown that basic things like exercising, controlling hypertension, controlling diabetes, socializing, and staying active mentally probably help too.

No cure: There is no cure, never has been. Scientists are making the best progress in history right now on multiple fronts. There are 3 major phase 3 trials and many others in the pipeline. Management of your cardiovascular risk factors is perhaps the only known modifier currently (blood pressure, obestity, smoking, cholesterol, diabetes). Studies on Vit E are being re-examined, as is DHA from fish oil
