Allergies?: You may be sufffering from nasal allergies. These need to be addressed to provide you with long term relief. If you do not have hypertension, you can take an over the counter antihistamine with decongestant, otherwise, see an allergies.

Solve the face pain: The sinus problems may be secondary to your facial pain. Many times solving the facial pain problem will improve the sinuses.

Sinus infection: This problem is recurrent so it is probably a sinus infection. Antibiotics for a proper length of time should clear this up. Also decongestants will help w the symptoms. See an ENT specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
