Is there a nasal spray off the shelf thats good for morning sinus headache from running the dry heat?i'll be running a humidifier also.

Saline: A saline spray would likely help a nose which gets too dry. Nasal gel may do the same. Running a humidifier at night (be sure not to exceed 50% relative humidity) may also be helpful. However the cause for your headaches may not necessarily from the dry heat alone.
