A member asked:

How might you help someone with bipolar disorder?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See Below: Learn how to manage stress, how to become aware of symptoms, how to take care of yourself, learn good sleep hygiene; and most of all, work toward learning what triggered your initial episode. Having a "crisis card" -- with names of people to call, things to do, your supports will also be helpful.
