Mid december i've noticed dry ichy spots on my chin area. it almost looks like i have acne there. i've tried heavy moisturizers and even coconut oil.?

Acne ?: Without a picture and details had to answer, however if it is acne, it will get worse with heavy moisturizer. You may want use acne cleansers which have salicylic acid and avoid heavy make or lotion in this area.
