Miscarriage : A miscarriage can be painless and have little or no noticeable bleeding but if you are in early pregnancy and are having severe abdominal pain you should see a doctor right away. You may have an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) which is a surgical emergency that needs immediate attention! if you have already had the miscarriage it may be incomplete and require surgery to complete.
