18 wk Miscarriage : I would be concerned that there still might be tissue in your uterus. This also could just be normal postpartum contractions. As retained tissue is a potentially life threading condition causing bleeding and infection this needs to be ruled out. An ultrasound will do so. Please get evaluated today.
