No: In an adult a brain tumor will not make the skull bigger. Skull enlargement in adults can occur with bony problems such as acromegaly, neurofibromatosis, fibrous dysplasia, paget's disease, thallasemia, or even bone tumors of the skull. Brain tumors, however, don't do it.
