Please take action!: I do not know how old you are or your gender. But if you have headaches almost everyday on your temporal area, then you need to be eveluated for "temporal artritis"--a rare codtion, but it can be serious. And it can be quite treatable. You could have just simple migrain. Again it would be hard to lable with any things w/o being seen by a physician. My prayers and blessings.
