Pain in left ovary and a bump that disappeared after a day. what could it be?

Hard to say: Maybe impossible to say; pain in the left pelvis may have been from an ovary, but it's impossible to say for sure as several things can cause pain in the same area as the ovary. A bump that disappeared (and was visible) would definitely not have been from the ovary, b/c any 'bumps' on the ovary wouldn't have been 'visible' and would also be hard to palpate through the abdominal wall unless was big.
