Difficulty quitting: If you are motivated and already feel the ill effects of tobacco (lung disease, emphysema, fatigue, shortness of breath), then it is often less difficult. Sometimes "quitting" is a lot easier if you are motivated by your goal to feel better, look better, and smell better, not to mention others around you (significant other, kids, coworkers, etc) feel better as well.
