The same: As anyone else, through diet and exercise. You have to burn up 3500 calories that you don't ingest to lose one pound. You don't get to choose where the fat will come from, your body does that -- but it's generally the most recently gained weight that goes first.

Go for it!: Weight loss can be difficult for anyone but persistence is key. There are no specific ways to target a certain area of concern, such as the belly fat. A few things that may help include a food diary, exercise at least 5 days a week for one hour at a time, low carbohydrate diet with portion control, and consider following with a dietician or weight loss specialist.

Not so fast!: Do not focus on how fast you can lose the weight! losing weight requires discipline, perseverance and permanent change of lifestyle. About 1-2 lbs per week is safe. There are 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat. Eating 500 calories a day less you should lose 1 lb per week! add the many benefits of regular exercise and you have a healthy formula . Try "my fitness pal" app. Very helpful app! good luck!
