Should i try alternatives to narcotics for pain relief?

Options: Many non narcotic meds are available. Muscle relaxants, anti inflammatories, nerve calming meds, topical creams, numbing meds, and otc meds. I would address the cause of the pain with the appropriate med. Don't use a muscle relaxant for inflammatory pain.
