Type of Trtmnt-DBT: Personality disorders often have best outcomes with dialectical behavior therapy. This is a very specialized type of cognitive behavior therapy. Insight: Insight is the best prognostic indicator for change and ones ability to improve. The mere fact that you're acknowledging this issue is a huge step in the right direction. Next find yourself a good therapist that specializes in treating personality disorders and remember to be kind to yourself during this process and mindful before you make any decisions in your life.
