Induction: You need to be strong if you are going to enlist or be commissioned. Thus, you can not afford to rapidly lose weight (along with lots of muscle mass). Recommend working with a trainer & setting realistic goals. The carrot at the end of the stick is that you will be able to enter the military when you meet requirements. Good luck.
