Eat less and exercis: In addition to regular exxercise you must eat less if you want to lose weight. Avoid calorie rich foods like fats(friend foods are a no no) and refined sugars. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies and protein rich foods like eggs, fish, nuts and low fat dairy products(milk, cheese and yogurt).
