Legs and Stomach: Losing weight in your stomach is probably easier then your legs. Cut the carbs out completely, no breads, rice, tropical fruits. Have a zero or low carb protein drink between meals. It will suppress how much you eat at mealtime and your body will burn calories more efficiently. You have to incorporate cardio exercise into your workout. Running, elliptical or fast walking are the best.
