Soe meds are safe: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) antihistamines(eg Claritin alavert etc, not with "d") should not react with his parkinsons meds. Prescription nasal steroids are also helpful. Frequently "sinus" headaches are actually migraines and are treated much differently. He should discuss this with his primary care doc.

Drug interaction question: I took Allegra this morning thinking I was suffering from allergies. But, it didn't help my headache and stuffiness at all . So, can I take a dose of Alka-Seltzer Plus Sinus and Cold? Or should I wait until tomorrow?
Can taking a low dose of risperdal for a short period of time cause problems later on such as Parkinsons or dystonia? Also I took gabapetin for a little while for headaches and got up to 900mg but then tapered off. Can this cause problems later on?
