Sinus headache: Hello, i would recommend saline nasal washes and Acetaminophen as directed. Afrin nasal spray may also help for your congestion and sinus pain.

Vicks: I too get sinus pressure headaches and I do not like using medicines u less necessary. One thing that I do is rub Vicks on my forehead. It usually helps within 20 minutes. Give it a try. Good luck.
