Good that you ask: A really good tool for relieving stress that I use myself is mindfulness meditation. Learning it is not difficult and it enables you to discover more and more good things for your life as you use it. There is nothing strange or odd about it. Information is widely available. Do it every day - not just on a bad day - you may even prevent some bad days. Good luck!
