Need expert opinion on when getting a breast sonogram what does a tumor look like on the screen?

It looks: Like a solid mass different from the surrounding breast tissue. It may be smooth or irregular in contour and may or may not have associated blood flow changes in it. Sometimes calcifications are identified.
