What are best medicines/vitamins needed to help cure and prevent future eye styes from coming?

Not really: To my knowledge, there are no preventative medicines/vitamins for styes; however, if you have a condition, such as rosacea or blepharitis, that predisposes you to styes, treating that condition should reduce the incidence.
