How can you remove water from ears that are perforated?

Perforation: You can try a hair dryer set on low heat and power to gently blow air to dry the canal. Do not put anything that has alcohol in an ear with a perforation. It will hurt.

Ear dryer: Agree with hair dryer on a low setting but this can be loud and/or hot. I know of 2 companies that have a product to dry the ear (not the same as the one that "vacuums" the ear)- sahara dry ear and mack's ear dryer. Now under $30, it's a rechargeable dryer that is safe for ears. Also prevent water from getting in with an ear band it ultra and silicone putty ear plugs when swimming.
