Follow directions: There are dozens of vitamins for hair, skin ; nails. Some are meant to take 1 a day, some might be designed to take up to 6/day. It is impossible for anyone here to answer without knowing the exact vitamin you bought, but directions on how to take it should be on the label. Don't overdo, as too high a dose of some nutrients can be harmful, esp. For women of childbearing age.
